Please read these terms and conditions carefully before applying. By submitting your application, you agree to abide by all rules and regulations as amended from time to time by the organisers.

1. Age Criteria

  • Miss Category: Must be between 18 to 45 years of age
  • Mrs Category: Must be between 21 to 75 years of age
  • Valid age proof (Passport, Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate, Driver's License, Aadhaar, etc.) must be produced at verification

2. Marital Status Eligibility

  • Miss Category: Applicant must be never married
  • Mrs Category: Can be married, divorced, widowed, or single mother

3. Exclusive Participation

Once shortlisted, applicants cannot participate in any other commercial contract, pageant, or event during the course of this pageant.

4. Application Processing

The organisers shall not be responsible for any delay, loss, or non-receipt of applications due to any reason whatsoever.

5. Conduct & Participation

Applicants must participate in the event in a disciplined, punctual, and professional manner, strictly following the schedule and instructions provided by the organisers.

6. Prizes & Liability

  • The organisers are not responsible if sponsors fail to provide promised prizes
  • The organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, accident, or physical injury during the event. Participation is at applicant's own risk

7. False Information & Disqualification

Providing any false, misleading, or incorrect information will result in immediate disqualification, whether discovered before, during, or after the event.

8. Judges' Decision

The decision of the judges shall be final and binding in all matters related to the competition.

9. Eligibility Requirements

Only applicants of good health, sound mind, and good moral character are eligible to participate.

10. Event Changes & Modifications

  • The schedule, format, rounds, and qualification criteria are subject to change at the sole discretion of the organisers
  • The organisers are not responsible for non-completion, postponement, or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances
  • The organisers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone, amend, or modify the event at any stage without prior notice

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the decision of the organisers shall be final and binding on all applicants.

12. Refund Policy

Registration and/or grooming fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
